Cancellation Policy

Lessons must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made within this timeframe, the lesson can be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability. If a student does not attend the lesson or cancels with less than 12 hours’ notice, the session will be considered completed and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. This policy helps ensure fair use of time and allows for proper scheduling for all students.
